It has nothing to do with the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Russia launched long-range missiles at the Ukrainian city of Lviv May 15, two of which were allegedly intercepted by Ukrainian air command, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defenseone.com\/threats\/2022\/05\/russian-sub-launched-missiles-damaged-lviv-training-center-ukraine-says\/366968\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Defense One<\/a>. A May 18 video shared on Facebook claims to show the aftermath of the attack.<\/p>\n<p>The 44-second clip appears to show destroyed and damaged train carts and train tracks.\u00a0\u201cThe consequences of yesterday\u2019s massive missile attack by the Russian armed forces on the railway infrastructure in the Lviv region,\u201d reads the post\u2019s caption.<\/p>\n<p>The video predates the Russian invasion of Ukraine. A reverse image search revealed the train wreckage is from a 2013 incident at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/dir\/Lviv,+Lviv+Oblast,+Ukraine\/Belaya+Kalitva\/@48.783257,27.9025946,6z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m13!4m12!1m5!1m1!1s0x473add7c09109a57:0x4223c517012378e2!2m2!1d24.029717!2d49.839683!1m5!1m1!1s0x411ddd1bc82480a5:0xa1549121e37293b2!2m2!1d40.7929808!2d48.174807\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Belaya Kalitva<\/a> station in the Rostov region of Russia, according to the Russia-based news outlet <a href=\"https:\/\/ria.ru\/20130509\/936643654.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RIA<\/a>. A longer version of the clip featured in the Facebook post was shared on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?app=desktop&#038;v=3zIx8cKlDvg&#038;feature=youtu.be&#038;ab_channel=%D0%AE%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B9%D0%90%D1%80%D0%BC%D0%B5%D0%B9%D1%86%D0%B5%D0%B2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">YouTube<\/a> in 2017 with a title that indicates it shows the aftermath of the 2013 accident in Russia.<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>Russian authorities said 69 train cars carrying chemical and oil products exploded after an onboard fire, injuring 27 people, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/russia-train-idUSL6N0DQ0V820130509\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reuters<\/a>.
