While not quite at $7 a gallon, prices have steadily risen since President Biden took office.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Biden administration is still trying to push the #PutinPriceHike as the culprit for pain at the pump. Still, this week\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/energy-secretary-granholm-denies-high-gas-prices-result-biden-admin-policies-senate-hearing-hawley\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm got owned by Senator Josh Hawley<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> when she tried to push that narrative. His response:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cIn January 2021, the average gas price in my state was $2.07. Eight months later, eight months later, long before Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine, that price was up over 30% and it\u2019s been going up consistently since.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It\u2019s time to stop trying to make #PutinPriceHike a thing; it\u2019s not working.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">President Trump was spot on with his prediction that the answer this administration would provide for rising gas prices would be to get rid of our cars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Democratic Wunderkind\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cnsnews.com\/article\/national\/michael-w-chapman\/trump-2020-if-biden-becomes-president-youll-pay-7-gallon-gas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg said on March 7th<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cClean transportation can bring significant cost savings to the American people as well. I mean, no big deal, aren\u2019t we all just teleworking anyway?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>The Stock Market Will Crash<\/h3>\n<p>At one of the debates in 2020, Trump said: \u201cIf he\u2019s elected, the stock market will crash.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Far-left pundit Ron Filipkowski thought sharing that prediction one year ago was a great example of how wrong Trump was.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Not so funny today, is it?<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Always so prescient. \u201cIf he\u2019s elected, the stock market will crash.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/QFd5Im0Rzw\">pic.twitter.com\/QFd5Im0Rzw<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Ron Filipkowski \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\udde6 (@RonFilipkowski) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RonFilipkowski\/status\/1390387051875426308?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 6, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As anyone with stocks or a 401k can tell you, Trump was spot on.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/05\/17\/stock-market-news-open-to-close.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">all-too-typical<\/a> headline:\u00a0<strong>Dow drops 1,100 points for its biggest decline since 2020 as the sell-off this year on Wall Street intensifies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Great job, Ron!\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Trump Was On A Roll<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Foreshadowing was President Trump\u2019s strong suit.\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/election-2020-joe-biden-donald-trump-police-economy-3082b995c1fd89129671b245797bc902\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">On the campaign trail, he claimed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0that if Biden were to win:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cHe\u2019ll bury you in regulations, dismantle your police departments, dissolve our borders, confiscate your guns, terminate religious liberty, destroy your suburbs.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now isn\u2019t that enough to give you goosebumps? So let\u2019s dive into this quote a little further.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">With rising crime across the nation, there have been fewer calls to defund the police, but that doesn\u2019t mean there isn\u2019t a police crisis starting to bubble up in the background. Trying to recruit and retain good police officers is a challenge for many departments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This shouldn\u2019t surprise us, given the type of abuse law enforcement has had to put up with primarily from the left. A survey by\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.police1.com\/police-jobs-and-careers\/articles\/10000-officers-respond-to-policing-poll-only-7-would-recommend-becoming-a-cop-Ee749RbuTcMG7bm5\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Calibre Press<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0of over 10,000 officers found that only 7% would recommend being a cop to their own kids. Who can blame them?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Meanwhile,\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/el-paso-texas-border-emergency-declaration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">El Paso, Texas, is postured to declare a state of emergency<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0with the lifting of Title 42 right around the corner.\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/05\/17\/biden-plainly-wants-the-border-crisis-to-keep-getting-worse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Last month<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0the number of illegal immigrants that came through the border reached 234,088.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">And now we are seeing\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/05\/16\/fairfax-county-schools-may-suspend-for-malicious-misgendering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">school districts starting to push a policy<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0that would suspend or worse, students who \u2018maliciously misgender\u2019 other students. No doubt, if we were to follow the string on that one, it leads right to either the Department of Health and Human Services or the teacher\u2019s unions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">So it\u2019s only a matter of time before this nonsense bleeds into the workforce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What Else Is In The Crystal Ball?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It\u2019s hard to think that it could worsen, but if we want to know what might be around the corner, we should probably just ask Trump.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Maybe if he decides to come back to Twitter, we can get a heads up on what fresh hell awaits us.
