Langley was arrested by Port Authority police and charged with assault, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10845321\/United-Airlines-worker-PUNCHES-passenger-check-hes-smacked-ground-bleeding.html\">the outlet said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-t=\"{\" n>Witnesses told TMZ \u00a0Langley and airline employee were arguing before coming to blows in front of the check-in counter.\u00a0Langley allegedly used a wheelchair to move his luggage instead a luggage cart, according to the <a tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10845321\/United-Airlines-worker-PUNCHES-passenger-check-hes-smacked-ground-bleeding.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-t=\"{\" n>Daily Mail<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Some witnesses said the airline employee threw the first punch, but it was not clear who the initial aggressor was from the video, which began after the fight was in progress.\u00a0The video shows the employee pushing Langley, who slaps him and then begins swinging fists.
