Then the next day, Business Insider dredged up<a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/bonchie\/2022\/05\/19\/it-begins-elon-musk-accused-of-exposing-himself-propositioning-flight-attendant-n567196\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> an old sexual harassment allegation <\/a>that had been resolved against him, not even citing the \u2018accuser\u2019 but rather the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/business-leaders\/elon-musk-sexual-assault-spacex-flight-attendant-massage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">declaration of a friend of hers.<\/a> Musk <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/nick-arama\/2022\/05\/20\/elon-has-more-to-say-about-the-accusation-against-him-claims-he-has-the-perfect-name-for-it-n567351\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">responded immediately<\/a> that it wasn\u2019t true, challenged the accuser to describe a part of his anatomy not known to the public and even joked that he had the perfect name for the \u2018scandal\u2019 \u2014- Elongate.<\/p>\n<p>Musk <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/05\/20\/elon-musk-dares-accuser-to-describe-unique-part-of-his-body\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">also called <\/a>the \u201cfriend\u201d whose story the Business Insider relied on \u201ca far left activist\/actress in LA with a major political axe to grind.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-conversation=\"none\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">They began brewing attacks of all kinds as soon as the Twitter acquisition was announced.<\/p>\n<p>In my 30 year career, including the entire MeToo era, there\u2019s nothing to report, but, as soon as I say I intend to restore free speech to Twitter &#038; vote Republican, suddenly there is \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Elon Musk (@elonmusk) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1527629698267615232?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">May 20, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>However, Musk is not stupid and he must figure that more is on the way because it sounds like he\u2019s preparing for a throwdown. He\u2019s now announced he\u2019s<a href=\"https:\/\/twitchy.com\/gregp-3534\/2022\/05\/20\/there-will-be-blood-elon-musk-announces-formation-of-a-new-hardcore-litigation-department\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> putting together a hardcore litigation team <\/a>and he <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1527748229470646272\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tweeted, asking for applicants. <\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTesla is building a hardcore litigation department where we directly initiate &#038; execute lawsuits. Tesla was allegedly removed due to \u201cflaws\u201d in the company\u2019s \u201cbusiness conduct\u201d and \u201caspects of the company\u2019s low-carbon strategy\u201d \u2014 a wild take, given how his company sells electric cars. How could they have a lower carbon strategy?
