The image shows Biden mingling with a crowd of athletes as men in suits stand nearby.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne sec, guys. There was another video of today with the Olympic Team on Fox !\u201d reads the post\u2019s caption. \u201cThis is a screenshot from it. Appears as if Sleepy, was surrounded by US Marshall\u2019s again!!! 4 of them bad boys!!!!\u201d <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2022\/05\/05\/fact-check-white-house-physician-biden-resignation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Did A White house Physician Demand Joe Biden\u2019s Resignation Due To His Cognitive Decline?)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The men visible in the photo are not U.S. Marshals. Footage from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wA3GXR0i18I\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">event<\/a> shows the men in suits are wearing pins on their lapels associated with the Secret Service. The Secret Service pin, visible on the Secret Service\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo?fbid=314896737482978&#038;set=pcb.314896884149630\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook page<\/a>, is gold, not silver like those of the U.S. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmarshals.gov\/history\/badges\/identify\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marshals<\/a>.<\/p>\n[embedded content]A Secret Service spokesperson confirmed to Check Your Fact in a phone call that the men in the image are Secret Service members and White House staff, not U.S. Marshals.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first time the Secret Service has been the subject of misinformation.
