The video clip shows Heard confessing to leaking the video, or possibly selling the footage to the outlet, Vasquez told a flustered Heard.<\/p>\n<p>Depp is suing his ex-wife for $50 million over an op-ed she wrote at The Washington Post about domestic violence, which the actor claims significantly hurt his Hollywood career.\u00a0Heard has countersued for $100 million.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou slipped up there, didn\u2019t you, Ms. Heard?\u201d Vasquez grilled Heard on the stand, after playing footage of Heard talking about the leak.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou let it slip out that TMZ had been alerted to your filing of the domestic violence restraining order, didn\u2019t you?\u201d the attorney continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI disagree,\u201d Heard responded. \u201cThat\u2019s not what I\u2019m talking about.\u201d<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"sc-fFSRdu jMFTTP\">\n<p>\u201cTMZ\u2019s the same outlet that you released the video of Mr. Depp attacking the kitchen cabinets the day before this deposition was taken, wasn\u2019t it?\u201d Vasquez pressed. \u201cTMZ owns the copyright to that video now, doesn\u2019t it?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Heard denied leaking the footage, telling Vasquez she wouldn\u2019t even \u201cknow how\u201d to do something like that.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDid they pay you for that?\u201d Vasquez continued.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u201cI never got paid for it because I had nothing to do with that,\u201d a frustrated Heard responded.<\/p>\n<p>The actress argued that she has more explosive evidence against Depp, so the leak doesn\u2019t make sense to have come from her.<\/p>\n<div class=\"sc-fFSRdu jMFTTP\">\n<p>TMZ did indeed exclusively obtain video of a seemingly inebriated Depp slamming cabinets, and also \u201cpublished photos of Heard\u2019s bruised face, along with the exclusive story about her restraining order filing,\u201d Radar Online <a href=\"https:\/\/radaronline.com\/p\/amber-heard-leaked-tmz-johnny-depp-video-restraining-order-trial\/\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the deposition video clip shown to the court on Tuesday, Heard explained that she was desperately trying to get in touch with Depp so she could personally tell him about the divorce filing and temporary restraining order before he found out through the press, specifically TMZ.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Vasquez notably paused the video as Heard throws her hands to her mouth, and then her face.
