In March, they still had single-digit programming.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<figure class=\"kg-card kg-image-card kg-card-hascaption\"><figcaption>Photo taken on May 16, 2022, shows double-digit price programming.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\"><\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>A spokesperson at 76 confirmed to <em>The Post Millennial<\/em> that the gas pumps were reprogrammed to allocate for double-digit pricing. Although not confirming that they are expecting prices to increase up to $10.00 or more, the current trend suggests the possibility. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<figure class=\"kg-card kg-image-card kg-card-hascaption\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image_6487327-57-.jpg\" class=\"kg-image\" alt=\"\" \/><figcaption>Photo taken in March 2022 shows single-digit price programming.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>This specific gas station also sells race fuel which may have forced the reprogramming since it has also increased in pricing, the spokesperson told <em>The Post Millennial. <\/em>However<em>,<\/em> the race fuel is sold on separate pumps from the those with the standard regular, plus, premium, and diesel fuel options.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>Throughout eastern Washington, gas stations are running out of fuel. In the Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, and West Richland), customers are pulling up to pumps only to find notes that state the station is out of fuel, which wasn&#8217;t an issue in the past. Some stations only have diesel available.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<figure class=\"kg-card kg-image-card kg-card-hascaption\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image_6487327-58-.jpg\" class=\"kg-image\" alt=\"\" \/><figcaption>Exxon Gas Station located at 4805 N Rd 68, Pasco, Washington<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>Residents of the Tri-Cities are scrambling to find fuel. In a local Facebook group, members reported more than ten stations that are currently out of fuel, which include multiple Circle K&#8217;s and Exxon&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>Gas prices have skyrocketed since President Biden took office in January 2021. The Biden administration shutdown the <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/bidens-plan-to-cancel-the-keystone-xl-pipeline-will-mean-the-loss-of-60-000-anticipated-jobs\">Keystone XL<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/michigan-governor-orders-closure-of-pipeline-that-provides-half-of-all-oil-to-ontario-and-quebec\/\">Enbridge Line 5<\/a> pipelines which resulted in the United States becoming more reliant on other countries for oil and gas. Last year, the <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/breaking-colonial-pays-big-money-to-hackers-to-get-their-pipeline-back\">Colonial Pipeline<\/a> was attacked by Russian hackers which caused multiple states in the South and along the East Coast to run out of gas.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>Just last week, President Biden canceled a one-million-plus acre oil lease in Alaska, which could have led to greater energy independence.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<figure class=\"kg-card kg-embed-card\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Joe Biden just canceled a 1-million-plus acre oil lease in Alaska. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s like they\u2019re intentionally trying to have high gas prices.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Rep. This is up from $4.08 in April and $3.00 in May of last year.
