the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/world\/world-regions\/united-kingdom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">United Kingdom<\/a>\u2019s Ministry of Defense said in an update.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/world\/russia-current-phase-invasion-cut-losses-kherson-referendum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>RUSSIA HAS SIGNALED INTENT TO END &#8216;CURRENT PHASE&#8217; be worsened as tactical and support equipment continues to run out.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These delays will almost certainly be exacerbated by the loss of critical enablers such as bridging equipment and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance drones,&#8221;
