Soon, she will reportedly join MSNBC as an on-air guest in addition to hosting a show on its affiliated online steaming service, Peacock.<\/p>\n<p>While her boss recently praised Psaki for her service to the country, not everybody has been a fan of Psaki\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter a year of promising to circle back and leaving more questions than answers, Jen Psaki will no longer put spin on Biden\u2019s record of failure from the White House podium \u2014 her new employer encourages it daily,\u201d Republican National Committee spokeswoman Emma Vaughn said in a statement emailed to The Daily Wire.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJen Psaki has set the standard for returning decency, respect and decorum to the White House Briefing Room,\u201d Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/biden-announces-jen-psakis-replacement-heres-who-it-is\">said<\/a> in a statement prior to her departure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want to say thank you to Jen for raising the bar, communicating directly and truthfully to the American people, and keeping her sense of humor while doing so,\u201d he added. \u201cI thank Jen her service to the country, and wish her the very best as she moves forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the RNC expressed its desire to see Biden interviewed by Psaki sometime down the road.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPerhaps Joe Biden\u2019s first press interview in more than 90 days will be with Jen at MSNBC,\u201d Vaughn added in her emailed statement.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s last formal, sit-down TV\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/bidens-lack-of-sit-down-interviews\">interview<\/a> with a member of the press was on February 10 with NBC\u2019s Lester Holt.<\/p>\n<p>The president previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/biden-announces-jen-psakis-replacement-heres-who-it-is\">announced<\/a> that White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre will replace Psaki.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKarine not only brings the experience, talent and integrity needed for this difficult job, but she will continue to lead the way in communicating about the work of the Biden-Harris Administration on behalf of the American people,\u201d Biden remarked. \u201cJill and I have known and respected Karine a long time and she will be a strong voice speaking for me and this Administration.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Psaki also praised Biden\u2019s pick for the job because Jean-Pierre will be the first black female to hold the position as well as the first open lesbian.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe will be the first black woman and the first openly LGBTQ+ person to serve as the White House Press Secretary,\u201d Psaki <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PressSec\/status\/1522300495980904448?s=20&#038;t=WzItmjLrRnSmgPTq9-842A\">tweeted<\/a>. \u201cRepresentation matters and she will give a voice to many, but also make many dream big about what is truly possible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, Psaki thanked the White House press pool for their time spent together.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want to thank all of you in this room. You have challenged me, you have pushed me, you have debated me and at times we have disagreed. That is democracy in action,\u201d Psaki said. \u201cThat is it working.
