The NFT \u201cMother of Creation\u201d included explicit graphics of Madonna completely nude and giving birth to butterflies, insects, and trees.<\/p>\n<p>The publication noted that the collection also includes a 3D model of her vagina. Proceeds will be given to the charity organizations National Bail Out, V-Day, and Voices of Children.<\/p>\n<p>Social media reacted strongly, with many fans saying this was too far even for Madonna. The \u201cLike a Prayer\u201d singer clarified her thoughts on the project by releasing a video interview between herself and Beeple creator Mike Winkelmann.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m doing what women have been doing since the beginning of time, which is giving birth,\u201d the Grammy Award winner said in a video that she shared to her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CdZE-qMgJj5\/\">Instagram<\/a> account.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut on a more existential level, I\u2019m giving birth to art and creativity and we would be lost without both,\u201d she continued. \u201cI think it\u2019s really important that a lot of thought and conversation went into creating these videos.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tv\/CdZE-qMgJj5\/?utm_source=ig_embed&#038;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>Madonna and Winkelmann elaborated on their inspiration for the NFT series, with the \u201cMaterial Girl\u201d singer saying her vision was captured in the final product.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI say we need a forest with creepy crawly bugs coming out of me,\u201d she explained. \u201cNot often does a robot centipede crawl out of my vagina.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy journey through life as a woman is like that of a tree. Starting with a small seed, always pushing against the resistance of the Earth.
