Bruce Falck, Twitter\u2019s general manager for revenue, is also departing the company.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>An internal company memo from CEO Parag Agrawal obtained by The New York Times said it was \u201ccritical to have the right leaders at the right time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe truth is that this isn\u2019t how and when I imagined leaving Twitter, and this wasn\u2019t my decision,\u201d Beykpour said in a statement on Twitter. \u201cParag asked me to leave after letting me know that he wants to take the team in a different direction.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The truth is that this isn\u2019t how and when I imagined leaving Twitter, and this wasn\u2019t my decision.
