financially, but it\u2019s also affecting their mental health.<\/p>\n<p>The American Psychological Association (APA) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apa.org\/news\/press\/releases\/2022\/03\/inflation-war-stress\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">released a report<\/a> called \u201cStress in America\u201d in March that gives a sobering view of how people are experiencing \u201calarming\u201d and \u201cunprecedented\u201d levels of stress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c87 percent of those surveyed cited rising costs of everyday items, such as groceries and gas, as a significant source of stress,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/health\/health-news\/americans-are-besieged-stress-poll-finds-rcna19288\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NBC said<\/a> of the report.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMoney stress,\u201d according to the APA, is \u201cat the highest recorded level since 2015.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Who can blame them when the
