Wade <\/span><\/i><span>would likely be overturned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The proposal \u2014 sponsored by Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) and Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) \u2014 passed via voice vote with no objections, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/wireStory\/senate-passes-bill-boost-security-supreme-court-84604795\"><span>ABC News<\/span><\/a><span> reported. Despite the aggressive activism, the Supreme Court\u2019s majority decision to overrule <\/span><i><span>Roe <\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/report-supreme-court-majority-still-supports-overturning-roe\"><span>remains<\/span><\/a><span> intact according to one report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Top Republican and Democratic officials have recently released statements about the protests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>On Sunday, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) made it clear that he had <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/we-cant-tolerate-intimidation-chuck-grassley-torches-protesters-attempting-to-bully-supreme-court\"><span>no patience<\/span><\/a><span> for protesters who enter private neighborhoods to stake out justices\u2019 homes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWe can\u2019t tolerate intimidation as a political tool It\u2019s 1 thing to peacefully demonstrate &#038; another to undermine institutions like SCOTUS+harass justices at home bc of a decision u might not like And ANYONE making threats of violence should be arrested &#038; prosecuted,\u201d Grassley tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Meanwhile, President Joe Biden was <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/a-day-late-and-a-dollar-short-critics-slam-bidens-tepid-response-to-pro-abortion-protesters-and-draft-leaker\"><span>slammed<\/span><\/a><span> by critics for his tepid initial response to both the individual who leaked the opinion and the pro-abortion rights protesters who are marching in front of the justices\u2019 homes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI don\u2019t have an official U.S. Government position on where people protest,\u201d White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said during a press briefing. \u201cI want it \u2014 we want it of course to be peaceful. \u2026 I think we shouldn\u2019t lose the point here: The reason people are protesting is because women across the country are worried about their fundamental rights that have been law for 50 years. Their rights to make choices about their own bodies and their own health care are at risk. That\u2019s why people are protesting \u2014 they\u2019re unhappy, they\u2019re scared.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>She also attempted to justify the protests by saying, \u201cLook, I think the president\u2019s view is that there\u2019s a lot of passion, a lot of fear, a lot of sadness from many, many people across this country about what they saw in that leaked document.\u201d She added, \u201cWe obviously want people\u2019s privacy to be respected.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>However, Psaki later said on Twitter that President Biden \u201cbelieves in the Constitutional right to protest,\u201d which \u201cshould never include violence, threats, or vandalism. Judges perform an incredibly important function in our society, and they must be able to do their jobs without concern for their personal safety.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pregnancy centers \u2014 which provide financial and medical resources to underprivileged mothers seeking help to keep their babies \u2014 and pro-life organizations\u2019 offices are <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/pro-life-pregnancy-centers-are-under-attack\"><span>reporting attacks and vandalism<\/span><\/a><span> from abortion supporters. The headquarters of Wisconsin Family Action in Madison, Wisconsin, for example, was <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/pro-life-group-attacked-in-wisconsin-if-abortions-arent-safe-then-you-arent-either\"><span>set on fire<\/span><\/a><span> on Sunday morning in what appears to be a politically-motivated attack.
