Ted <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/ted-cruz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cruz<\/a> (R-TX) accused President Joe Biden of unleashing an angry &#8220;mob&#8221; by refusing to condemn people protesting outside the homes of Supreme Court justices. <\/p>\n<p>Cruz, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, argued the <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/protests\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">protests<\/a> outside of Supreme Court justices&#8217; homes are endangering the lives of the justices while the Left continues to embrace the tactic. People have gathered outside of the Supreme Court and around the country this week to protest the possible overturning of <i>Roe v. Wade<\/i>, indicated in a leaked Supreme Court draft opinion last week. <\/p>\n<div class=\"Enhancement\">\n<div class=\"Enhancement-item\"><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;It was shameful that the <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/white-house\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">White House<\/a> refused to condemn violent protesters threatening the families of the Supreme Court,&#8221; Cruz told Fox Business anchor Maria <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/maria-bartiromo-supreme-court-leaker-identity-will-be-revealed-in-short-order\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bartiromo<\/a> on Sunday. &#8220;Joe Biden used to be chairman of the Judiciary Committee. Joe Biden knows it&#8217;s disgraceful. He&#8217;s literally threatening the lives of these justices by the mob they&#8217;re unleashing.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p><b><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/maria-bartiromo-supreme-court-leaker-identity-will-be-revealed-in-short-order\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MARIA BARTIROMO: SUPREME COURT LEAKER&#8217;S IDENTITY WILL BE REVEALED IN &#8216;SHORT ORDER&#8217;<\/a><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Cruz went on to claim that the Left is resorting to &#8220;mob violence&#8221; to get its &#8220;partisan outcome,&#8221; speculating that the leaker of the draft opinion is a &#8220;left-wing woke twit,&#8221; despite <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/sen-ted-cruz-speculates-on-supreme-court-leaker-but-admits-having-no-evidence\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">admitting<\/a> last Thursday he has no evidence to back up his claim. <\/p>\n<p>Over 100 people <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/pro-choice-protesters-gather-at-homes-of-kavanaugh-roberts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gathered<\/a> outside the homes of Supreme Court Justices John Roberts and <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/brett-kavanaugh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brett Kavanaugh<\/a> on Saturday evening, holding a &#8220;candlelight vigil.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>It is unclear if either of the justices or their families were home at the time. <\/p>\n<p>No violence was reported at the protest before police ordered the crowd to disperse. <\/p>\n<p>White House press secretary <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/jen-psaki\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jen Psaki<\/a> addressed protests carried out by abortion rights activists on Thursday, expressing that there is a long history of peaceful protests in the United States. <\/p>\n<p><b><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER<\/a><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think the president&#8217;s view is that there&#8217;s a lot of passion, a lot of fear, a lot of sadness from many, many people across this country about what they saw in that <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/videos\/reporters-notebook-how-the-leaked-draft-opinion-on-abortion-rights-has-taken-capitol-hill-by-storm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">leaked<\/a> document,&#8221; Psaki <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/white-house-defends-peaceful-protests-at-supreme-court-and-justices-homes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a>. &#8220;We obviously want people&#8217;s privacy to be respected.
