Greenburg\u2019s father, Mark Greenburg, was allegedly behind a Google drive that\u00a0contained the personal information, business and mortgage records, photos, and even video of dozens of people, including children.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[These] tactics went far beyond the usual bag of dirty tricks common in politics,\u201d said Harmeet Dhillon, the attorney representing the parents. \u201cThe Greenburgs made strategic use of the dossier Mark maintained in order bully critics into silence.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_336224\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\">\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-336224\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Attorney Harmeet Dhillon is representing the Arizona parents (Anda Chu\/Bay Area News Group via Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__section article__section_type_text utility__text\">\n<p>The lawsuit accuses Greenburg and the school district of conspiring to invade the parents\u2019 privacy and violate their First Amendment rights.\u00a0The parents claim the snooping began after they complained about CRT, mask mandates, and other school district policies at board meetings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI stopped engaging with the school district and I stopped going to school board meetings because I was physically afraid,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.12news.com\/article\/news\/education\/parents-to-sue-scottsdale-school-district-board-member-over-secret-dossier\/75-020f6741-1b62-4287-8aff-fade0b86696b\">Wray told reporters<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The board removed the younger Greenburg from his role as board president after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/school-district-board-prez-under-fire-after-discovery-of-dossier-containing-parents-personal-info\">news of the Google drive broke last year<\/a>, but he remains a board member.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__section article__section_type_text utility__text\">\n<p>The Google drive was discovered by accident last November, when a link to it was inadvertently included on a document shared with the community and a parent spied it. The drive allegedly included video of an anti-CRT parent group, over which a voice can be heard identifying the recorder as a private investigator hired to spy on the parents.<\/p>\n<p>The drive reportedly includes folders with names including \u2018SUSD Wackos,\u2019 \u2018Press Conference Psychos\u2019 and \u2018Anti Mask Lunatics,\u2019 according to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10193441\/Arizona-school-board-president-accused-keeping-secret-dossier-parents.html\">the Daily Mail<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Greenburgs made strategic use of the dossier Mark maintained in order bully critics into silence.
