Jackson<\/em> opinion, the United States Supreme Court is poised to strike down <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em> \u2014 but their <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/05\/03\/five-times-democrats-insisted-the-supreme-court-must-be-obeyed-without-question\/\">hypocritical insistence<\/a> that abortion is the \u201claw of the land\u201d is fueled by the party\u2019s determination to codify abortion without any restrictions. <\/p>\n<p>Polling suggests that a majority of Americans are opposed to killing babies in the womb up until birth. A 2021 survey from The Associated Press and NORC Center for Public Affairs Research found that <a href=\"https:\/\/apnorc.org\/ap-norc-poll-most-say-restrict-abortion-after-1st-trimester\/\">80 percent<\/a> of Americans believe abortion should be illegal in the third trimester of pregnancy. A more recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/official-polls\/fox-news-poll-just-over-half-favor-banning-abortions-after-15-weeks.amp\">Fox News poll<\/a> conducted shortly before the<em> Dobbs<\/em> opinion leak found that 54 percent of registered voters support laws restricting abortion after 15 weeks.  <\/p>\n<p>Despite the fact that American voters are hesitant to endorse unlimited abortion, many elected Democrats have made it a key part of their party\u2019s platform going into the 2022 midterms.<\/p>\n<p>When asked \u201cif he supports any legal limits on abortion,\u201d Democrat Sen. Raphael Warnock refused to answer directly and instead <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/McCormackJohn\/status\/1521521336371269632?s=20&#038;t=fe7t0kX3huYty6AcauNClw\">said<\/a>, \u201cI support a woman\u2019s right to choose.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"388\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-05-at-3.56.24-PM-1024x388-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-272021\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-05-at-3.56.24-PM-1024x388-1.png 1024w, https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-05-at-3.56.24-PM-300x114.png 300w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-05-at-3.56.24-PM-768x291-1.png 768w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-05-at-3.56.24-PM.png 1208w\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Pennsylvania\u2019s Democrat Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, who is running for a chance at a U.S. Senate seat, was even more straightforward about what he believes about unlimited abortions. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAre there any limits on abortion that you would find appropriate?\u201d a reporter asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t believe so, no,\u201d Fetterman replied after pledging to nuke the filibuster to codify <em>Roe v. Gov John Fetterman says he wants to eliminate the filibuster to \u201ccodify\u201d abortion without any limits.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t believe [there should be any limits to abortion]\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/4QYTualTN6\">pic.twitter.com\/4QYTualTN6<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 RNC Research (@RNCResearch) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RNCResearch\/status\/1518972909779312640?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 26, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Democrat candidates have also joined the frenzy of leftists scrambling to proclaim their belief that women have \u201ca right to choose\u201d to end the life of an unborn baby at any time without question. <\/p>\n<p>When Fox News\u2019s Bret Baier asked Ohio Democrat congressman and Senate nominee Tim Ryan whether he supports any limits on abortion, Ryan tried to skirt the question. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think what we had established in <em>Roe<\/em>, is something that we can continue to work with, and I think those could be the parameters,\u201d Ryan began. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy question is about any limits to abortion?\u00a0 At any point? Late-term? Anything?\u201d Baier asked. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou gotta leave it up to the woman,\u201d Ryan said. <\/p>\n<p>When Baier pressed him again, Ryan said \u201cyou and I sitting here can\u2019t account for all the different scenarios\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><\/figure>\n<p>Similarly, when NBC\u2019s Chuck Todd asked Ohio Democrat gubernatorial nominee Nan Whaley \u201cwhere do you draw limits on the issue of abortion?\u201d she deflected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think that we need to make sure we have access. This limits nearly all abortions after 15 weeks. Where do you draw the line?\u201d the host asked. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell, women deserve access to abortion care. Abortion is health care. I\u2019ve been very clear on my position on that throughout my time in the legislature. So if I\u2019m elected governor, that\u2019s what folks are getting. And I will work with the legislature that\u2019s in place to ensure that women have continued access to reproductive health care,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n<p>The host once again pressed her on the issue. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut where do you draw the line though?\u201d he asked. \u201cI mean, if it\u2019s not 15 weeks, is it 24 weeks? Where do you draw the line where you say, okay, abortions after this point of time, no, it\u2019s a no go?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAbortion is a personal decision between a woman and her family and her doctor.
