Some of these people appear to this day on CNN and MSNBC as esteemed experts on the war in Ukraine. CNN<\/h3>\n<p>The former owner of the repair shop that revealed Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop debunks any notion that the material was somehow hacked, saying he legally owned it once the laptop had not been claimed.<\/p>\n<p>Mac Isaac explained that he then handed a copy of the hard drive over to the FBI in December of 2019, where it apparently languished until he similarly provided a copy to then-Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.<\/p>\n<p>From there he <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/05\/03\/repairman-who-revealed-hunter-biden-laptop-sues-schiff-cnn-politico-beast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told the Post<\/a> that Schiff\u2019s comments during a CNN interview had further damaged his reputation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know that this whole smear on Joe Biden comes from the Kremlin,\u201d Schiff told CNN leading up to the election. \u201cThat\u2019s been clear for well over a year now that they\u2019ve been pushing this false narrative about this vice president and his son.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWithout any intel, the head of the intel committee decided to share with CNN and its viewers a complete and utter lie,\u201d Mac Isaac said. \u201cA lie issued in the false allegations of being a hacker or a Russian spy but hopes the lawsuit spurs further action into getting to the root of the coordinated \u2018Russian disinformation\u2019 Isaac similarly sued Twitter last year for censoring the Hunter Biden laptop <a href=\"https:\/\/lawandcrime.com\/high-profile\/judge-dismisses-hunter-biden-laptop-guys-defamation-lawsuit-with-prejudice-forces-him-to-pay-twitters-attorneys-fees-under-anti-slapp-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">story but lost when<\/a> the court noted he was never specifically named as the person who turned over the
