Wade<\/em> and\u00a0<em>Planned Parenthood v. Casey<\/em>, claimed that Republicans might use that to implement laws that would <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/is-that-legit-biden-claims-lgbtq-students-could-be-banned-from-schools-if-court-flips-roe\/\">segregate LGBTQ children<\/a> from the other children in classrooms.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Joe Biden says that overturning Roe v. Wade could lead to LGBT children not being allowed in school classrooms:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This MAGA crowd is the most extreme political organization that&#8217;s existed in American history.&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/WyW6j52ju0\">pic.twitter.com\/WyW6j52ju0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Greg Price (@greg_price11) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/greg_price11\/status\/1521872089153736704?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 4, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWhat happens if you have \u2014 states change the law saying that children who are LGBTQ can\u2019t be in classrooms with other children?\u00a0Is that legit [under the] way the decision is written?\u201d Biden asked, pivoting then to try to pin the issue to former President Donald Trump. \u201cWhat are the next things that are going to be attacked? Because this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that\u2019s existed in American history.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Doocy brought the comment up with Psaki during the briefing, asking where Biden had gotten the idea that anyone wanted to segregate LGBTQ kids.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Doocy: Biden &#8220;said\u2026what happens if the states\u2026say children who are LGBTQ can&#8217;t be in classrooms w\/other children. What is he talking about? <\/p>\n<p>Psaki insists it&#8217;s possible b\/c &#8220;we have seen extreme laws that target LGBTQ&#8221; people &#038; &#8220;we don&#8217;t know what&#8221; the GOP&#8217;s &#8220;capable of&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/nL6syTynjF\">pic.twitter.com\/nL6syTynjF<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Curtis Houck (@CurtisHouck) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CurtisHouck\/status\/1521958927629524992?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 4, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe president said today, \u2018What happens if you have states change the law saying that children who are LGBTQ can\u2019t be in classrooms with other children?\u2019\u201d Doocy began. \u201cWhat is he talking about?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell, I think, Peter, we\u2019ve seen extreme laws that target LGBTQ families, their kids, across the country, and I think what he\u2019s saying is we don\u2019t know what they\u2019re capable of, given what they\u2019ve already done to date,\u201d Psaki claimed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhich state is trying to segregate LGBTQ children in the classroom?\u201d Doocy asked directly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think we\u2019ve seen laws that are incredibly discriminatory,\u201d Psaki pushed back. \u201cThat\u2019s what the president\u2019s referring to, and the fact that he doesn\u2019t know what additional steps could be taken by extreme wings of the party that would rather divide rather than work on issues that the American people actually are focused on and actually impacting them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden is not the only person to take a leap with regard to where a potential end of\u00a0<em>Roe<\/em> might lead. \u201cThe View\u201d host Joy Behar <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/i-see-fascism-down-the-line-joy-behar-bizarrely-claims-if-roe-goes-conservatives-might-bring-back-segregation\/\">claimed<\/a> on Tuesday that if the decision were overturned, the court might even eventually move to overturn\u00a0<em>Brown v.
