You got hit. I\u2019m sorry I hit you like this, but I did not punch you.\u00a0I did not f***ing deck you. I f***ing was hitting you. I don\u2019t know what the motion of my actual hand was.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBut you\u2019re fine,\u201d the actress told Depp. \u201cI did not hurt you, I did not punch you, I was hitting you.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI\u2019m not sitting here b****ing about, am I? You are. That\u2019s the difference between me and you.\u00a0You\u2019re a f***ing baby,\u201d she added. \u201cYou are such a baby! Grow the f*** up, Johnny.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cDo you agree with Ms. Heard that it\u2019s \u2018admirable\u2019 to retreat from a fight?\u201d Depp\u2019s team asked Hughes, referring to Heard in the audio calling her then-husband \u201cadmirable\u201d to leaving during the fight.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is admirable to retreat from a fight,\u201d Hughes answered, agreeing that this fight would not qualify as an \u201cinstance of reactive violence\u201d from Heard, if the audio was \u201ctrue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hughes on the stand maintained that Heard suffered more \u201cfrequent\u201d and at times more \u201csevere\u201d injuries than Depp throughout their marriage.<\/p>\n<p>In another instance of Heard allegedly abusing Depp, security guard Travis McGivern testified this week that he had to remove Depp from a situation due to Heard\u2019s actions. The actress allegedly punched Depp in the face during the incident, threw a can of Red Bull can at the actor, and tried to spit on him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt some point, I witnessed Ms. Heard throw a Red Bull can \u2026 that struck Mr. Depp in the back,\u201d testified McGivern, who has worked for Depp for several years. \u201cAt that point, I moved closer to Mr. Depp. \u2026 I didn\u2019t want my client to get hit with anything else.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe verbal onslaught continued, from both of them,\u201d he added. \u201cMs. Heard threw something else, either a purse or a bag \u2026 [and] I was able to knock it away so it didn\u2019t hit [Depp]. \u2026 At one point, she spit at him.
