The Met Ball that year was held on May 2. Heard filed for divorce against Depp\u00a0on\u00a0May 23, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cElon \u2013 May 2016 \u2013 met then, Met Ball,\u201d a note from Hughes said, adding, \u201cdated after Johnny.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was heartbroken, my soul felt nothing then,\u201d a note under \u201cElon\u201d said. \u201cEnded March 2018.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Notably, the expert witness, who has never treated Heard as a patient and first met with the actress in September 2019, said she \u201cdrew a line\u201d to separate notes on Franco and Musk. An attorney for Depp questioned Hughes on why she did not have a new heading if the men\u2019s names did not belong under \u201cIntimate relationships,\u201d as she suggested. Hughes, again, referenced the \u201cline.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During more questioning from Depp\u2019s legal team, Hughes was asked, \u201cDid Ms. Heard ever tell you James Franco spent the night with her?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI did recall that she did see him at some point, but I don\u2019t know if he spent the night,\u201d Hughes responded.<\/p>\n<p>Asked about Elon spending the night, Hughes answered, \u201cI don\u2019t know.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_377601\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\">\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-377601\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>CBS Livestream via YouTube<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Surveillance footage shown before a London court in 2020, when Depp was suing The Sun for libel, shows\u00a0Heard getting cuddly with Franco in a private elevator on May 22, 2016. The elevator was en route to Depp\u2019s Los Angeles penthouse, a home he shared with Heard at the time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t recall, but it\u2019s highly likely,\u201d Depp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/heres-the-surveillance-video-of-james-franco-getting-cuddly-with-a-married-amber-heard-in-elevator-to-depp-penthouse\">said<\/a> this month, asked if he had a fight with Heard about Franco. The 58-year-old answered in the affirmative when he was asked if he suspected Heard cheating with the \u201cPineapple Express\u201d actor.<\/p>\n<p>Heard met Franco down in reception at 11 p.m. and brought him up to the penthouse, the actress acknowledged. Referring to the time of night she was with Franco, Heard said she wasn\u2019t sleeping much those days.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/new-details-about-elon-musk-and-amber-heards-relationship-revealed-during-defamation-trial\">The Daily Wire<\/a> reported that\u00a0Depp last week testified that Heard cheated on him with Musk beginning one month after their wedding.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCourt documents allege that Musk visited Depp\u2019s penthouse \u2018late at night\u2019 while the \u2018Pirates of the Caribbean\u2019 actor was not at home,\u201d Amanda Harding reported. \u201cThe 50-year-old Tesla founder was also given parking garage access, Fox reported.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMusk\u2019s first appearance in Mr. Depp\u2019s penthouse occurred shortly after Ms. Heard threw a vodka bottle at Mr. Depp in Australia, when she learned that Mr. Depp wanted the couple to enter into a post-nuptial agreement concerning assets in their marriage. Ms. Heard\u2019s violently aimed projectile virtually severed Mr. Depp\u2019s middle finger on his right hand and shattered the bones,\u201d court documents said.<\/p>\n<p>A representative for Musk has denied the pair\u2019s relationship overlapping with her marriage to Depp.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cElon and Amber didn\u2019t start seeing each other until May 2016, and even then it was infrequent.
