Wade<\/em> were allowed to stand.<\/p>\n<p>Biden spoke about the issue in the wake of Monday\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/i-am-angry-elizabeth-warren-loses-it-over-leaked-supreme-court-draft-axing-roe\/\">unprecedented leak<\/a> of the early opinion draft \u2014 which Chief Justice John Roberts confirmed was authentic \u2014 and argued that any right predicated on the implicit right to privacy would be next on the chopping block if that were the Court\u2019s final decision.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Joe Biden says that overturning Roe v. Connecticut<\/em>, wherein the Court ruled that married couples, under that implicit right to privacy, could buy and use contraceptives without government intrusion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Griswold<\/em> was thought to be a bad decision by Bork, and my guess is, the guys on the Supreme Court now,\u201d Biden said. \u201cWhat happens if you have \u2014 state changes the law saying that children who are LGBTQ can\u2019t be in classrooms with other children?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIs that legit? The way the decision is written?\u201d Biden asked, pivoting then to try to pin the issue to former President Donald Trump. \u201cWhat are the next things that are going to be attacked? Because this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that\u2019s existed in American history.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s comments on Wednesday followed his <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/biden-issues-response-to-leaked-supreme-court-opinion-draft\/\">Tuesday claims<\/a> that any rights predicated on privacy \u2014 such as who individuals choose to marry \u2014 would be at risk if\u00a0<em>Roe<\/em> were overturned.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe View\u201d cohost Joy Behar took things a step further, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/i-see-fascism-down-the-line-joy-behar-bizarrely-claims-if-roe-goes-conservatives-might-bring-back-segregation\/\">claiming<\/a> on the show Tuesday that in addition to same-sex marriage, the Court might move to overturn\u00a0<em>Brown v.
