But, then some protesters began throwing objects at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/us\/crime\/police-and-law-enforcement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">officers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>LA police issued a citywide tactical alert during the heat of the clash.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We attempted to communicate, clear, and provide dispersal order to the group,&#8221; Los Angeles Police Department Chief Michel Moore said, but then the &#8220;crowd began to throw rocks and bottles at officers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Moore also reported at least one officer has been injured.<\/p>\n<p>Some videos showed the officers pushing back on protesters.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/protesters-supreme-court-leaked-opinion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>PROTESTERS GATHER OUTSIDE SUPREME COURT BUILDING FOLLOWING LEAKED DRAFT OPINION TO OVERTURN ROE V. Chiu)\n      <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Protests have been reported in major cities across the country, seemingly following the lead of protesters in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/us\/washington-dc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Washington, D.C.<\/a>, who gathered outside the U.S. Supreme Court building Monday evening after the draft opinion suggesting the court could overturn Roe v. They are undermining progress, and erasing the civil protections and rights so many have fought for over the last half-century.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/supreme-court-overturn-roe-draft-leaked-draft-opinion-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>SUPREME COURT SET TO OVERTURN ROE V.
