Marsha Blackburn. <\/p>\n<p>While conservatives criticized Jackson for failing to answer a simple question about human biology, one that was necessary to evaluate whether she would faithfully interpret the Constitution and adjudicate Americans\u2019\u00a0rights, Democrats <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/government\/democrats-defend-us-supreme-court-nominee-jackson-republican-charge-activism-2022-03-23\/\">rushed to defend<\/a> the activist nominee who has <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/02\/25\/biden-to-nominate-pro-abortion-radical-ketanji-brown-jackson-to-supreme-court\/\">ties to and endorsements from<\/a> the abortion industry. <\/p>\n<p>Jackson may not be on the SCOTUS bench yet but now that a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-abortion-draft-opinion-00029473\">leaked\u00a0<em>Dobbs v. Jackson<\/em>\u00a0opinion<\/a> indicates that the Supreme Court is preparing to strike down\u00a0<em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>, Democrats are scrambling to preserve what they have strictly labeled as \u201ca woman\u2019s right to choose.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow interesting that two weeks ago they refused to define a \u2018woman\u2019 and now today the only thing they want to talk about is protecting a \u2018woman\u2019s right to choose,&#8217;\u201d Blackburn <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PhilipWegmann\/status\/1521516636968210433?s=20&#038;t=qHBoXnD_tbwRyjjcb1oCMg\">pointed out<\/a> on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
