Jackson Women\u2019s Health case Monday, revealing that a majority of justices had decided in December to <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/29\/actually-happen-roe-overturned\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">overturn<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/02\/democrats-abortion-roe-v-wade-dobbs-v-jackson-womens-health-ocasio-cortez-bernie-sanders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Roe<\/a> during a non-binding vote.
