Jackson<\/em> opinion<\/a> indicated that the United States Supreme Court plans to overturn <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>, President Joe Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MZHemingway\/status\/1521487301611827200?s=20&#038;t=psMhiIWsfwkzOiLKZ_jheQ\">threatened<\/a> to use his executive authority to disrespect the decision.  <\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/POTUS\/status\/1521485987133771782?s=20&#038;t=psMhiIWsfwkzOiLKZ_jheQ\">statement<\/a> released on Tuesday morning, Biden cast doubt on the finality of the court\u2019s <em>Dobbs<\/em> ruling and pledged to use his Gender Policy Council and White House Counsel\u2019s Office to counter \u201cthe continued attack on abortion and reproductive rights, under a variety of possible outcomes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will be ready when any ruling is issued,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"824\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-03-at-8.53.48-AM-1024x824-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-271801\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-03-at-8.53.48-AM-1024x824-1.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-03-at-8.53.48-AM-300x242-1.png 300w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-03-at-8.53.48-AM-768x618-1.png 768w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-03-at-8.53.48-AM.png 1200w\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Biden also encouraged legislators and other elected politicians to dismiss the ruling. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf the Court does overturn Roe, it will fall on our nation\u2019s elected officials at all levels of government to protect a woman\u2019s right to choose. And it will fall on voters to elect pro-choice officials this November,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>The Biden administration\u2019s reaction to the leaked SCOTUS opinion is a far cry from how Democrats have treated the court\u2019s integrity with other cases, especially those that fell in their favor.<\/p>\n<p>For years, Democrats have defended poor rulings from the high court as the \u201claw of the land\u201d because it moved the ball on their agenda. Now that one of the key tenants of their political platform is threatened, such as in <em>Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission<\/em>, leftists are calling for <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/05\/03\/lets-burn-this-place-down-left-calls-for-violence-after-treasonous-scotus-abortion-leak\/\">violence<\/a> and even a radical revamping of the American political system including abolishing the Electoral College,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JuliaManch\/status\/1521308098346074113\">nuking the filibuster<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/misscp\/status\/1521304516980736000?s=20&#038;t=2NJaPuyVeMs5_jzEVM6YjQ\">packing the court<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DavidOAtkins\/status\/1521319814475571200?s=20&#038;t=2NJaPuyVeMs5_jzEVM6YjQ\">voting pro-lifers out of office<\/a>, and disregarding future rulings altogether. <\/p>\n<p>Aside from <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>, here are five strongly contested Supreme Court decisions that Democrats insisted must be accepted without doubt or question. <\/p>\n<h2><em>Planned Parenthood v. Casey<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Ever since <em>Planned Parenthood v. Casey<\/em> was decided in 1992, Democrats and activist organizations have used the ruling as ammo to promote abortion as an unchallengeable \u201cright.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthoodaction.org\/issues\/abortion\/roe-v-wade\">Planned Parenthood,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BonillaJL\/status\/1235272766397583360?s=20&#038;t=Of5Yaoq19xprGBkQcavg_w\">Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer<\/a>, and even Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, all Biden allies, have long claimed that what the Supreme Court has settled on abortion, let no man touch. <\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Roe<\/em> and <em>Casey<\/em> are the settled law of the Supreme Court concerning the right to terminate a woman\u2019s pregnancy,\u201d Jackson, Biden\u2019s nominee for the Supreme Court, told senators during her confirmation hearings. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><\/figure>\n<p>Biden\u2019s own Department of Justice recently invoked <em>Planned Parenthood v. Casey <\/em>to claim that Texas, which passed a pro-life heartbeat law in September, was violating a woman\u2019s \u201cconstitutional right\u201d to an abortion. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe act is clearly unconstitutional under long-standing Supreme Court precedent,\u201d Attorney General Merrick Garland <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2021\/09\/09\/1035467999\/justice-department-sues-texas-over-new-abortion-ban\">said<\/a>. \u201cThose precedents hold, in the words of\u00a0<em>Planned Parenthood v. Casey,<\/em>\u00a0that \u2018regardless of whether exceptions are made for particular circumstances, a state may not prohibit any woman from making the ultimate decision to terminate her pregnancy before viability.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><em>National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Because Chief Justice John Roberts caved to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/05\/03\/john-roberts-cowardice-on-obamacare-is-why-the-left-thinks-it-can-bully-and-extort-scotus\/\">activist pressure<\/a> and sided with leftist SCOTUS justices to uphold Obamacare in <em>National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius<\/em> in 2012, Democrats have defended the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/05\/03\/john-roberts-cowardice-on-obamacare-is-why-the-left-thinks-it-can-bully-and-extort-scotus\/\">decision<\/a> with vigor and even <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/10\/14\/no-confirming-judge-barrett-wont-cause-millions-to-lose-health-care\/\">smeared future justices<\/a> such as Amy Coney Barrett as a threat to the court\u2019s already established position. <\/p>\n<p>When former President Donald Trump\u2019s administration led the charge to repeal Obamacare, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi claimed Republicans were \u201ctrying to overturn the law of the land in courts.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><\/figure>\n<p>Plenty of other Democrats jumped on the \u201claw of the land\u201d bandwagon to protect Obamacare as well. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cObamacare is the law of the land \u2014 yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Once again, we\u2019ve defended health care for millions of Americans. Advocates fear increasingly conservative court,\u201d NBC News also wrote about the same time Trump nominated Barrett to the court. <\/p>\n<h2><em>Bostock v. Regents of The University of California <\/em><\/h2>\n<p>When Roberts once again sided with the court\u2019s leftist justices to uphold the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, SCOTUS was <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/06\/19\/supreme-courts-illegal-immigration-ruling-applies-different-legal-standards-to-different-presidents\/\">accused of holding different legal standards for different presidents<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats, including then-Sen.
