There\u2019s a rivalry there.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/N5RGDINx2a\">pic.twitter.com\/N5RGDINx2a<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Nora Neus (@noraneus) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/noraneus\/status\/1521107553232605184?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 2, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cPelosi told a friend that she believed that Obama was jealous of Joe Biden, and this is after the passage of the American Rescue Plan, it\u2019s when he had unveiled his plans for infrastructure spending, more social welfare spending, climate spending, and has all this coverage of, you know, \u2018Joe Biden, more transformational even than Barack Obama.\u2019 And we heard over and over again that really bothered Barack Obama, and that he would call up people and say, \u2018listen, you gotta understand, I was dealing with a different Democratic Party, and I had more conservative Democrats,&#8217;\u201d Burns alleged.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd of course a year later, things look a little bit different for Joe Biden, and I\u2019m not sure Obama is quite so jealous of him today,\u201d Burns continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor all the talk Biden and Obama do about being brothers and good friends, they\u2019re actually not that close.
