Wade.<\/p>\n<p>Following a <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-roe-v-wade-samuel-alito-politico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">report<\/a> from Politico that a majority of justices had reportedly voted to overturn Roe v. Wade, Democrats called for court packing and for the codification of <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/02\/roe-wade-under-attack-biden-state-of-the-union\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">abortion rights<\/a> into federal law, including by abolishing the Senate filibuster if necessary.\u00a0If the justices go through with <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-roe-v-wade-samuel-alito-politico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">overturning<\/a> Roe v. We must expand the court.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Democratic Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders called for ending the Senate filibuster in order to ram through the codification of Roe v. Wade into federal law, meaning a ban on states limiting <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/02\/rachel-maddow-liberals-praise-supreme-court-leaker-dobbs-v-jackson-womens-health-roe-v-wade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">abortions<\/a> throughout the first six months of pregnancy and strict limits on abortion restrictions throughout the entire duration of pregnancy. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/29\/actually-happen-roe-overturned\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Here\u2019s What Would Actually Happen If Roe Is Overturned)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Congress must pass legislation that codifies Roe v.
