Jackson Women\u2019s Health Organization Monday night, which appeared to show that the Court intends to overturn Roe v. Wade.<\/p>\n<p>The unprecedented <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-roe-v-wade-samuel-alito-politico\/\">leak<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-roe-v-wade-samuel-alito-politico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">revealed<\/a> that the majority of justices had reportedly agreed in a December vote to overturn Roe v. Wade, which protects abortion as a constitutional right, though the vote is not yet final and may still change, according to Politico.
