Wade decision that granted women the right to an abortion, according to a draft opinion obtained by Politico.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRoe was egregiously wrong from the start,\u201d Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the opinion of the court, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-abortion-draft-opinion-00029473\">according<\/a> to Politico.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,\u201d the opinion reportedly continued. \u201cIt is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people\u2019s elected representatives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The vote is not final, Politico reported, and the court\u2019s holding may still change.<\/p>\n<p>The opinion is a \u201cfull-throated, unflinching repudiation\u201d of the 1973 Supreme Court ruling, Politico reported. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/02\/roe-wade-under-attack-biden-state-of-the-union\/\">(RELATED: \u2018Roe v.
