Court documents state that he finds her parenting skills lacking and cited specific examples detailing these alleged shortcomings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Anstead, a British TV presenter and car enthusiast, wed Hall, star of the HGTV series \u201cChristina on the Coast,\u201d in 2018. Both had been married before and had children from those relationships. The pair welcomed son Hudson in September 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>According to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/entertainment\/christina-haack-ex-ant-anstead-full-custody-son\"><span>Fox News<\/span><\/a><span>, the \u201cWheeler Dealers\u201d star filed a lawsuit Thursday claiming that Hall, 38, has spent an \u201caverage of nine full days each month over the last 20 months and an average of seven full days per month in 2022\u201d with Hudson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The suit further petitioned for Hall\u2019s \u201cregular\u201d custody schedule to change so the toddler is only with his mom on \u201calternating weekends, Friday at 4 p.m. until Sunday at 6 p.m. commencing May 6, 2022, in California only, and except for vacations.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThis will allow Christina\u2019s time to be stepped-up over the next several months to match the schedule she has with her other children,\u201d Anstead\u2019s attorney wrote in the document.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Anstead alleges that Hall is unfit to be the primary guardian for a few reasons. He said she had smoked a psychedelic \u201ctoad venom hallucinogenic.\u201d He also accused his ex of using Hudson for sponsored posts on Instagram. Finally, the TV presenter recounted an alleged incident where the child came home with severe sunburn while in the care of his mother.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The couple has shared joint custody of Hudson since their divorce in 2020. Hall is also the mother of Brayden James, 6, and daughter Taylor Reese, 11, from her marriage to \u201cFlip or Flop\u201d costar Tarek El Moussa. Meanwhile, Anstead shares daughter Amelie, 18, and son Archie, 15, with Louise Storey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The \u201cChristina on the Coast\u201d star married her third husband, real estate agent Joshua Hall, in April 2022.<\/p>\n<p><span>Hall responded to Fox News\u2019 request for comment by saying, \u201cWhat Ant is doing deeply saddens me. If this was really about Hudson, as he says, this should have been handled privately with a private judge or mediation, as myself and my attorney have suggested.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI have had my share of ups and downs but I am a good mom and I love my children with all my heart and I will always protect them,\u201d she continued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>When Hall and Anstead separated, they released a statement confirming that peaceful co-parenting was their primary focus. \u201cWe are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority,\u201d she shared in a September 2020 Instagram post.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThere\u2019s never been a scenario where I\u2019ve asked for him and not had him and vice versa,\u201d Anstead told <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/parents\/ant-anstead-primary-parent-son-hudson-since-christina-hall-divorce\/\"><span>People<\/span><\/a><span> in 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Later that year, Hall reiterated that she and her ex-husband were on the same page when it came to dealing with their son.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThe kids come first for all of us.
