That\u2019s for the Ukrainians \u2014 well, that\u2019s for the Ukrainians to define,\u201d Psaki replied. \u201cWhat we are going to do from here is to continue to provide them with a range of security and military assistance, as is evidenced by the package that the president proposed and put forward to Capitol Hill today, to strengthen their hand in the negotiating table, and ensure that they have the support and backing of the United States and the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Welker pushed back, asking whether \u201csuccess\u201d would be defined by the invading troops leaving Ukraine.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">.<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/kwelkernbc?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@KWelkerNBC<\/a>: &#8220;Just to be clear\u2026does the United States think that success has to include Russians leaving all of the new portions of Ukraine that they&#8217;ve currently invaded? <\/p>\n<p>Psaki: &#8220;Again, we&#8217;re not going to define that from here, Kristen.
