The video starts out with\u00a0Smith\u2019s daughter and Ireland talking about their struggles with anxiety or some kind of panic attacks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRecently, we [Jada and her daughter] had a talk, and she was like, \u2018I never knew that I actually experienced anxiety,\u2019\u201d Willow shared. \u201cShe [Jada] was pushing it down for so many years, like she had no idea.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">NOW STREAMING! <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/OfficialWillow?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@OfficialWillow<\/a> sits down with <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/IrelandBaldwin?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#IrelandBaldwin<\/a> who opens up about her panic attacks. Because she, growing up, had seen her friends die \u2026 she had been through so much stuff that my issues, to her, kind of felt like \u2026[smaller].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Later, \u201cThe Matrix Revolutions\u201d star opened up about how she used to chew her cuticles and nails, and only recently found out it\u2019s a form of anxiety by learning about it through her daughter. Jada admitted she struggled to relate to what her daughter was going through because of her own childhood experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI never identified it [Jada\u2019s actions] as anxiety,\u201d Jada\u2019s mom, Adrienne Banfield-Norris shared.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh, well of course I probably would have some anxiety,\u201d the \u201cGirls Trip\u201d star responded as she came to this realization with Willow.<\/p>\n<p>It is presumed the show was taped before everything happened at the 94th Academy Awards when Willow\u2019s father, Will Smith, walked on stage and slapped Chris Rock in the face after the comedian cracked a joke about Jada Pinkett\u2019s shaved head amid her hair loss battle, <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/04\/27\/jada-pinkett-smith-recently-discovered-she-has-anxiety\/\">reported<\/a> the New York Post in a piece published Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Jada Pinkett recently shared a message about \u201cdeep healing\u201d following the \u201cKing Richard\u201d star\u2019s actions at the Oscars in March, and she teased that \u201csome of the discoveries\u201d will be shared on the new season of her show on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Before the premiere of the Season 5 episode of Smith\u2019s FB series, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/redtabletalk\/videos\/725592481787414\">statement<\/a> was posted on Twitter that vaguely referenced what happened with their family in the \u201clast few weeks\u201d and said that they have been focusing on \u201chealing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConsidering all that has happened in the last few weeks, the Smith family has been focusing on deep healing,\u201d the message on social media read. \u201cSome of the discoveries around our healing will be shared at the table when the time calls.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUntil then \u2026 the table will continue offering itself to powerful, inspiring and healing testimonies like that of our incredibly impressive first guest,\u201d it added. \u201cThanks for joining us, Jada.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After the Oscars, the \u201cMen In Black\u201d star <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CbqmaY1p7Pz\/\">apologized<\/a> to Rock and conceded that he\u2019d been \u201cout of line\u201d and \u201cwrong.\u201d Shortly after the apology, he announced that he was resigning from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences amid disciplinary proceedings from the Academy over his actions at the annual award show.<\/p>\n<p>The Academy later shared that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/will-smith-banned-from-attending-oscars-for-ten-years-over-chris-rock-slap\">Smith was banned<\/a> from attending the Oscars for 10 years for slapping Rock.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Daily Wire is one of America\u2019s fastest-growing conservative media companies for breaking news, investigative reporting, sports, podcasts, in-depth analysis, books, and entertainment for a reason: because we believe in what we do.
