The 69-year-old star broke down crying Thursday while explaining she had to fly back to the United States to be with her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, as he battled COVID-19 for the first time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI spoke to him and he\u2019s OK. I am very worried about Ozzy right now,\u201d Sharon said. The host had relocated to the United Kingdom after being fired from \u201cThe Talk\u201d for alleged racist statements. Morgan was also canceled for controversial statements, which is how the pair wound up trying something new together, The Daily Mail <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/tvshowbiz\/article-10763965\/Sharon-Osbourne-breaks-tears-rushes-home-husband-Ozzy-73.html\"><span>reported<\/span><\/a><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cOzzy was only diagnosed in the middle of the night our time,\u201d she continued. \u201cI spoke to him and he\u2019s OK. I am very worried about Ozzy right now. We\u2019ve gone two years without him catching COVID and it\u2019s just Ozzy\u2019s luck it would be now.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Sharon went on to promise she\u2019d be coming back to Talk TV once Ozzy was feeling better.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI can\u2019t believe my luck. I\u2019m missing the show and I\u2019ve only been there three days. I can\u2019t believe it. Three days and I\u2019m missing the show but I will be back. I know I will,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cYou\u2019re going to see me back on air in a week because I know we\u2019re going to get my husband back on his feet and we\u2019re going to get a negative test by next week.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>She responded to a question about what she\u2019d do first by explaining her approach to comforting her husband of almost 40 years. She plans to, \u201c\u2019Hold him and kiss him, but with about three masks on I think. My family\u2019s my life.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Besides the recent COVID-19 diagnosis, the 73-year-old Black Sabbath singer has been battling health issues for years. He admitted to being diagnosed with Parkinson\u2019s disease in 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cIt\u2019s not a death sentence but it affects certain nerves in your body. You have a good day, a good day, then a really bad day,\u201d Sharon said of the diagnosis at the time, according to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/entertainment-arts-51191615\"><span>BBC<\/span><\/a><span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ozzy said the diagnosis was \u201cterribly challenging\u201d for his family and that he was telling the public because he was bad at lying about it. Rumors were already circulating after the heavy metal rocker fell during a New Year\u2019s Eve show in 2018.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI\u2019m no good with secrets,\u201d he said at the time. \u201cI cannot walk around with it any more \u2019cause it\u2019s like I\u2019m running out of excuses, you know?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ozzy went on to thank his fans for their continued support. \u201cThey\u2019re my air, you know. I feel better. I\u2019ve owned up to the fact that I have \u2026 a case of Parkinson\u2019s.
