Do you trust him to protect your privacy?\u201d Mystal asked.<\/p>\n<p>Mystal went on to suggest that only white people could believe with any degree of confidence that Musk, at the helm of Twitter, would protect their privacy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019re white, maybe you can. Maybe you implicitly can. Maybe you are so secure in your whiteness and your \u2018but the market would punish him\u2019 expectations that you just *assume* that there\u2019s no way ol\u2019 Elon would sell you out when Roger Stone comes calling. I\u2019d say you\u2019re wrong,\u201d he <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ElieNYC\/status\/1518950365298839553\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut even if your whiteness protects you, it won\u2019t protect me. But the private side. What I actually *use* Twitter for? Can\u2019t do that anymore. Elon is too untrustworthy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe View\u201d host Sunny Hostin also <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/the-view-host-claims-twitter-is-mostly-straight-white-men-who-will-use-freedom-of-speech-to-abuse-women\/\">suggested<\/a> that Twitter would be worse following Musk\u2019s takeover.
