We actually don\u2019t have any connectivity on our fleet today,\u201d said Mannis. \u201cThe options have been improving over time, but we have waited until there was a product offering \u2026 that we thought would live up to the expectations of our guests.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jonathan Hofeller, vice president of Starlink commercial sales at SpaceX, said in a statement that Hawaiian Airlines \u201cwas ensuring its passengers will experience high-speed internet the way we expect it in the 21st century, making hassles like downloading movies before takeoff a relic of the past.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Musk has been at the top of the news for most of the month after he made a multi-billion dollar offer to buy Twitter earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter\u2019s board of directors initially appeared poised to do everything in its power to stop Musk\u2019s unsolicited $43 billion dollar offer from buying out the company by adopting a poison pill.<\/p>\n<p>However, things appeared to change after Musk disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing last week that he had secured more than $46 billion in financing to take over the company.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTwitter had been expected to rebuff the offer, which Mr. Musk made earlier this month without saying how he would pay for it,\u201d The Wall Street Journal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/twitter-re-examines-elon-musks-bid-may-be-more-receptive-to-a-deal-11650822932?mod=hp_lead_pos1\">reported<\/a>. \u201cBut after he disclosed last week that he now has $46.5 billion in financing, Twitter is taking a fresh look at the offer and is more likely than before to seek to negotiate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The $46.5 billion comes from three sources, including $13 billion from Morgan Stanley, $12.5 billion from other banks, and $21 billion from himself.<\/p>\n<p>The two sides reportedly could reach a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/musk-twitter-could-reach-deal-today-report\">deal<\/a> as soon as today.<\/p>\n<p><i>This report\u00a0has been updated to\u00a0<\/i><i>include additional information.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><em>The Daily Wire is one of America\u2019s fastest-growing conservative media companies for breaking news, investigative reporting, sports, podcasts, in-depth analysis, books, and entertainment for a reason: because we believe in what we do.
