But Senator Ron Johnson\u2019s only taking care of himself and other rich people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe pushed through a tax law that ends up raising taxes on most working people but gives huge tax breaks to the super rich like him,\u201d Thielen claims in the ad, which is part of Opportunity Wisconsin\u2019s\u00a0multimillion dollar TV and digital advertising campaign against Johnson.\u00a0\u201cSure enough, Ron Johnson has doubled his personal allowance since taking office. That\u2019s not right. Tell Ron Johnson to stop voting for tax laws that benefit himself.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">JUST DROPPED: Our new ad comes on the heels of Sen. pushed back against Opportunity Wisconsin\u2019s accusations, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wispolitics.com\/2022\/johnson-campaign-dark-money-democrat-group-attacks-senator-johnson-for-getting-most-u-s-businesses-tax-relief-in-2017\/\">calling<\/a> the group a \u201cpoorly-built front for dark, liberal Democrat money.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Opportunity Wisconsin\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.opportunitywisconsin.org\/about\">describes itself<\/a> as a \u201ccoalition of Wisconsin residents fighting for an economy that works for working people\u201d and <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.com\/companies\/us_dc\/EXTUID_4231080\">is registered<\/a> under the 501c4, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/north-fund\/\">North Fund<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The North Fund is a progressive D.C. based group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/f\/?id=00000175-e6b6-d27b-a5f7-f6b6bae70000\">under the umbrella<\/a> of the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/politics\/archive\/2021\/11\/arabella-advisors-money-democrats\/620553\/\">client<\/a> of the sprawling, left-wing dark money mothership <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/politics\/archive\/2021\/11\/arabella-advisors-money-democrats\/620553\/\">Arabella Advisors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly to Arabella and the Sixteen Thirty Fund, the North Fund <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/north-fund\/\">acts as an umbrella<\/a> for a variety of progressive advocacy groups, funneling millions into causes like packing the court, legalizing recreational marijuana, and promoting abortion.<\/p>\n<p>Thielen, whom Opportunity Wisconsin describes as \u201can Eau Claire mother of two,\u201d is an adjunct instructor in a health navigator program at Wisconsin\u2019s Chippewa Valley Technical College, according to her Linkedin profile.<\/p>\n<p>She formerly worked part-time at Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin for over five years, first as a registered nurse from 2011 to 2016 where she \u201caided\u201d the \u201cclinician in examination and medical procedures\u201d and \u201cprovided appropriate therapeutic services to manage patient needs,\u201d among a variety of other tasks listed, according to her profile, and for several months in 2016, she worked for Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin\u2019s public affairs as a community organizer.<\/p>\n<p>Thielen has repeatedly promoted social media content mocking pro-life activists, the unvaccinated, and Republicans, including retweeting an\u00a0April 15 tweet comparing the murderous Nazi propaganda mastermind Joseph Goebbels to former President Donald Trump\u2019s senior advisor Stephen Miller.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-372601\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Screen-Shot-2022-04-22-at-5.21.19-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"585\" height=\"531\" \/><\/div>\n<p>She also retweeted reporter Terrell Jermaine Starr\u2019s March 29 tweet comparing Americans who support Trump to Russians who support Putin.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-372608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Screen-Shot-2022-04-22-at-5.38.28-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"642\" height=\"178\" \/><\/div>\n<p>She\u2019s also retweeted a tweet joking about Kyle Rittenhouse\u2019s mother taking him to Ukraine and a tweet claiming that \u201cpro-lifers sure love killing people.\u201d\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-372610\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Screen-Shot-2022-04-22-at-5.42.08-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"632\" height=\"95\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-372611\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Screen-Shot-2022-04-22-at-5.44.13-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"569\" height=\"139\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Openly pro-abortion, Thielen has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leadertelegram.com\/opinion\/letters_to_editor\/voice-of-the-people-11-06-20\/article_792961a1-afcf-525e-a1dc-4510f4264619.html\">criticized Christians for voting<\/a> for pro-life candidates like Trump based on abortion and accused pro-lifers of lying about the number of babies aborted daily, instead claiming the number of aborted babies \u201ccannot be counted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOutside a school in the Chippewa Valley is a sign that states, \u20182400 babies were aborted today\u2019 and sprawled out on the grass around it are blue and pink flags,\u201d she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leadertelegram.com\/opinion\/letters_to_editor\/voice-of-the-people-10-15-21\/article_ec488bcd-4b56-5c79-8ed8-a4f6117078e9.html\">wrote in an October 2021 letter to the editor of the Leader Telegram<\/a>. \u201cThe question that comes to mind is: How do they come to this number? This is a made-up number. The number of possible humans that would be born cannot be counted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Thielen wrote that she has two living children and miscarried two babies at seven weeks, noting that she does not \u201cthink of\u201d her miscarriages \u201cas babies,\u201d\u00a0before accusing pro-lifers of being hypocritical about the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s time to stop voting for politicians that call themselves \u2018pro-life\u2019 and start voting for leaders that care more about our living children,\u201d she wrote. \u201cBecause people really are losing their babies from COVID.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She\u2019s also suggested that the government shouldn\u2019t pay for the healthcare of Americans who are not vaccinated who contract COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWho pays the bill when an anti-vaxxer gets\u00a0COVID,\u201d she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leadertelegram.com\/opinion\/letters_to_editor\/voice-of-the-people-07-30-21\/article_98274efc-9023-50bf-8c1e-22dd0e39eada.html\">asked in another letter to the editor<\/a>, emphasizing,\u00a0\u201cI don\u2019t want to pay\u00a0for that. I don\u2019t want my tax dollars going toward the millions of tax dollars wasted on some infection\u00a0that could have been prevented with a shot.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first time Thielen has worked with Opportunity Wisconsin. In April 2020, she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opportunitywisconsin.org\/press\/wisconsin-parents-speak-out-about-covid-19\">participated in a virtual roundtable<\/a> hosted by Opportunity Wisconsin and the progressive group 9to5 to discuss COVID and \u201chow the Trump administration\u2019s economic policies haven\u2019t worked for their families or communities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1650663129803_251\" class=\"\">\u201cPeople are one paycheck away from not having anything. We knew this was going to happen. This isn\u2019t a shocker to anybody who works in health care. Nobody listened to us.
