He was 44.<\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\"><a href=\"https:\/\/generationiron.com\/cedric-mcmillan-passed-away\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Generation Iron<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/rxmuscledotcom\/posts\/10166260395430437?__cft__%5B0%5D=AZUsx6gOSm7yr7-NncLg4tKQ8hhdbxIsq_NTdxHShIcmLYHBTBV-O5Qr8Nwk8glxmy40W5ffpFQwTO8D5QwLov9U1UqP-tmePJ7eVZcVu3MEoDbNXKChlF_SqxgG-XTdea4&#038;__tn__=%2CO%2CP-R\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RXMuscle<\/a> both reported McMillan&#8217;s death. He gave his time and energy toward connecting and inspiring, completely aware of his stature as a bodybuilding icon,&#8221; RXMuscle wrote on Facebook on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cedric was an American hero, who was proud to be an American and to serve his country in our armed forces.
