Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-mounted-border-patrol-agents-del-rio-texas-people-will-pay\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said at the time<\/a>. &#8220;There will be consequences.&#8221;
