Biden, Jr., as a Defendant to this action, to ENTER final judgment in favor of Plaintiffs as prescribed in this order, and to CLOSE this case.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ruling spurred a flood of positive reactions online from notable public figures, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R)<\/strong>: \u201cGreat to see a federal judge in Florida follow the law and reject the Biden transportation mask mandate. Both airline employees and passengers deserve to have this misery end.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rep. Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN)<\/strong>: \u201cGood news for commonsense! If the Biden Admin wants to end Title 42 for illegal immigrants because the COVID pandemic is over, then there is no reason whatsoever to force people to mask on planes or any form of public transit.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rep. Tom Cotton (R-AR)<\/strong>: \u201cGreat news\u2014a federal judge struck down Biden\u2019s stupid transportation mask mandate.
