Wade is overturned, according to a letter from a court clerk, The Detroit News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.detroitnews.com\/story\/news\/local\/michigan\/2022\/04\/15\/michigan-judge-gleicher-assigned-abortion-law-case-donor-planned-parenthood\/7323810001\/?gnt-cfr=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The only parties that can challenge the judge\u2019s appointment \u2014 Planned Parenthood of Michigan and Democrat-appointed Attorney General Dana Nessel \u2014 have yet to request a recusal, according to The Detroit News.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile Judge Gleicher does not believe this warrants her recusal, and is certain that she can sit on this case with requisite impartiality and objectivity, she believes that this letter of disclosure is appropriate,\u201d the court clerk letter stated, according to The Detroit News. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/04\/13\/yelp-abortion-women-equality\/\">(RELATED: Yelp Exec: Abortion Access Is \u2018Fundamental\u2019 To Women\u2019s Success In The Workplace)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gleicher, in addition to giving annual donations to Planned Parenthood, represented the organization in a 1997 case which challenged the same <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/04\/14\/andy-beshear-kentucky-veto-overruled-womens-sports-abortion\/\">abortion<\/a> ban, The Detroit News reported. She was randomly assigned to the present case, a letter from a court clerk disclosed Thursday, according to the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are consulting with our legal team on this matter,\u201d Michigan Right to Life told the DCNF. \u201cWe believe it would be difficult for Judge Gleicher to stay impartial due to her personal beliefs and long history with Planned Parenthood but for now, we are relying on her comments regarding her ability to judge fairly.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">NEW: Judge Elizabeth Gleicher has regularly donated to pro-abortion group Planned Parenthood. Jackson Women\u2019s Health case in June, and could potentially <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/29\/actually-happen-roe-overturned\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">overturn Roe v.
