But 21% said it was \u201cnot likely\u201d he\u2019ll finish his term.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA closer look at the data provides little comfort for Biden\u2019s own pollsters and political advisers,\u201d Issues Insights reported. \u201cJust 45% of those responding said it was \u2018very likely\u2019 Biden would last. Some 25% said it was only \u2018somewhat likely,\u2019 hardly a vote of confidence in Biden\u2019s presidential future. Another 8% said they are \u2018not sure.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The new survey comes just days after some Senate colleagues questioned whether Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is still fit for office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen a California Democrat in Congress recently engaged in an extended conversation with Sen. Dianne Feinstein, they prepared for a rigorous policy discussion like those they\u2019d had with her many times over the last 15 years,\u201d The San Francisco Chronicle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfchronicle.com\/politics\/article\/dianne-feinstein-senate-17079487.php\">reported<\/a>. \u201cInstead, the lawmaker said, they had to reintroduce themselves to Feinstein multiple times during an interaction that lasted several hours.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRather than delve into policy, Feinstein, 88, repeated the same small-talk questions, like asking the lawmaker what mattered to voters in their district, the member of Congress said, with no apparent recognition the two had already had a similar conversation,\u201d the paper said.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, lawmakers don\u2019t like to simply retire and fade away. They\u2019ve spent their lives in the limelight and disappearing is their big fear. What\u2019s more, when lawmakers die in office, they sometimes lay in state in the U.S. Capitol, a high honor.<\/p>\n<p>But there is concern now that Feinstein is \u201crapidly deteriorating.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFour U.S. senators, including three Democrats, as well as three former Feinstein staffers and the California Democratic member of Congress told The Chronicle in recent interviews that her memory is rapidly deteriorating. They said it appears she can no longer fulfill her job duties without her staff doing much of the work required to represent the nearly 40 million people of California,\u201d the Chronicle said in a piece headlined \u201cColleagues worry Dianne Feinstein is now mentally unfit to serve, citing recent interactions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The questions about Feinstein <a href=\"https:\/\/video.foxnews.com\/v\/6304070715001#sp=show-clips\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prompted<\/a> MSNBC\u2019s Chuck Todd to say: \u201cIt\u2019s a tricky thing.
