Before he was appointed, Weiss was the acting head of the office and received endorsements from Democrats Sens.\u00a0Tom Carper (D-DE) and Chris Coons (D-DE).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">NBC NEWS: While trying to set up a Chinese private equity fund, Hunter Biden traveled to China with his father in 2013 aboard Air Force Two. <\/p>\n<p>During the trip, Hunter introduced Joe to his Chinese business partner. <\/p>\n<p>Ten days later, China issued Hunter\u2019s firm a business license. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/VJtekwttki\">pic.twitter.com\/VJtekwttki<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 RNC Research (@RNCResearch) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RNCResearch\/status\/1509915157614542852?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 1, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Though Weiss has experience prosecuting corruption, money laundering, and wire fraud, President Biden has allowed the prosecutor to remain on the case. Biden must recognize that removing Weiss for political expediency would raise more red flags than are already waving.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cDavid is a diligent professional prosecutor,\u201d former assistant U.S. Attorney in Delaware for 13 years Robert Kravetz told CBS News.\u00a0\u201cHe\u2019s a leader who cares about the people who work for him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Media reports have revealed Hunter is under investigation by the FBI for tax fraud, money laundering, and the violation of lobbying laws. On at least 11 occasions over six years, Joe Biden was\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/04\/09\/11-times-joe-biden-involved-familys-corrupt-business-dealings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">involved<\/a>\u00a0in the Biden family business while he was at the top levels of government.<\/p>\n<p>In one 2019 text message from Hunter to his daughter, Hunter\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/04\/07\/report-u-s-banks-flagged-150-suspicious-financial-transactions-from-family\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revealed<\/a>\u00a0Joe Biden\u2019s family payout mechanism. The vehicle detailed indicates a collection of 50 percent of familial salaries for 30 years.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,\u201d Hunter described to his daughter. \u201cIt\u2019s really hard. But don\u2019t worry, unlike Pop [Joe], I won\u2019t make you give me half your salary.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Of course! <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/0pMS6zDaPT\">https:\/\/t.co\/0pMS6zDaPT<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartNews\/status\/1511109218962657284?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 4, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Former Utah U.S. attorney Brett Tolman believes the Biden family business may show an entrenched business enterprise that could <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/04\/05\/hunter-bidens-depicted-family-payout-mechanism-further-proved-in-ron-klains-2012-email\/\">involve<\/a> legal \u201cpredicates\u201d for racketeering charges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI get that there\u2019s spin, but this is not a complex one,\u201d Tolman told the <em>New York\u00a0Post<\/em>\u00a0in relation to potential serious charges\u00a0against\u00a0the Bidens.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/04\/04\/establishment-media-ignore-biden-familys-alleged-payment-mechanism\/\">earned<\/a> millions of dollars from foreign entities from numerous countries by peddling Joe Biden\u2019s influence. While not illegal, Hunter and his family may have committed crimes of tax fraud, money laundering, and the violation of lobbying laws. According to CBS News, U.S. banks have\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/04\/07\/report-u-s-banks-flagged-150-suspicious-financial-transactions-from-family\/\">flagged<\/a> over 150 suspicious financial transactions from Hunter and James Biden.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>On several occasions, Hunter has admitted that he has paid the expenses of Joe Biden, just as he indicated to his daughter.\u00a0According to emails from Hunter\u2019s laptop, Hunter\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/07\/04\/hunter-biden-engaged-in-some-daddy-pay-care-devine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">paid<\/a>\u00a0Joe Biden\u2019s phone bill and various expenses while Joe Biden served as vice president, the<em>\u00a0Post<\/em>\u00a0reported:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n[W]hile Joe was vice president, Hunter routinely paid at least some of his father\u2019s household expenses, including AT&#038;T bills of around $190 a month.<\/p>\n<p>We know from an e-mail on June 5, 2010, with the subject \u201cJRB bills\u201d to Hunter from\u00a0Eric Schwerin, his business partner at Rosemont Seneca, that he was expected to foot hefty bills to Wilmington contractors for maintenance and upkeep of his father\u2019s palatial lakefront property. Joe\u2019s initials are JRB, for Joseph Robinette Biden.<\/p>\n<p>The bills that June included $2,600 to contractor Earle Downing for a \u201cstone retaining wall\u201d at\u00a0Joe\u2019s Wilmington estate, $1,475 to painter Ronald Peacock to paint the \u201cback wall and columns\u201d of the house, and $1,239 to builder Mike Christopher for repairs to the air conditioning at the cottage of Joe\u2019s late mother, Jean \u201cMom-Mom\u201d Biden, which was on his property and which he would later rent to the Secret Service for $2,200 a month.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Joe Biden and the White House <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/townhallcom\/status\/1511438338502365186?s=20&#038;t=rQtiDyHJJq5SqHhSZVniHA\">have<\/a> denied any knowledge of the Biden family business scheme. But additional Schwerin emails to Hunter suggest\u00a0Joe Biden knew of the Biden family business scheme and wanted his bills covered by the agreement.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">DOOCY: &#8220;The President has said that he never spoke to his son about his overseas business dealings.
