His disapproval rating, meanwhile, has risen 1 point since January, from 53 percent to 54 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Large majorities of Republicans\u201494 percent\u2014and independents\u201456 percent\u2014disapprove of the president&#8217;s job. Those numbers include a majority of Hispanics\u201454 percent\u2014and a quarter of blacks. Those figures will worry Democrats, who are rapidly <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/elections\/democrats-have-lost-latinos-poll-shows\/\">losing<\/a>\u00a0minority voters, once considered a reliable Democratic bloc.<\/p>\n<p>Respondents also oppose Biden&#8217;s response to Russia&#8217;s invasion of Ukraine, 48 percent to 39 percent. More than 8 in 10 Americans are ready to label Russian president Vladimir Putin a war criminal.
