We believe urgent reform is needed to introduce divorce equality and parental equality for dads.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo Fault sounds great, but it will also mean no hope, and no chance for countless fathers as they see the families stripped away from them due to archaic beliefs and practices in the system.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Divorce Advice Up 25 Per Cent in the UK Following China Virus Lockdowns <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/TgHfGMD2Q5\">https:\/\/t.co\/TgHfGMD2Q5<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Breitbart London (@BreitbartLondon) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartLondon\/status\/1305517912304881666?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 14, 2020<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The introduction of no fault divorce in the United States, first enacted in California in 1969 before spreading to other states, has been credited with ushering in a slew of societal problems throughout America.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>A 1997 review on the impacts of no fault divorce by then-professor of law at Richmond University in Virgina, Peter Swisher, <a href=\"https:\/\/scholarship.richmond.edu\/cgi\/viewcontent.cgi?referer=&#038;httpsredir=1&#038;article=1017&#038;context=law-faculty-publications\">stated<\/a>: \u201cThe divorce revolution \u2014 the steady displacement of a marriage culture by a culture of divorce and unwed parenthood \u2014 has failed.
