In one example, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy bluntly said Musk has Twitter \u201cby the b***s\u201d by saying he\u2019ll dump his stock if the board doesn\u2019t approve his offer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIM UP AND ELON MUSK CAN F*** OFF!\u201d popular Left-wing commentator Tony Posnanski wrote.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">\u201cF*** you, [Elon Musk],\u201d \u00a0Whitney Dawn Carlson said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am frightened by the impact on society and politics if Elon Musk acquires Twitter,\u201d Max Boot wrote. \u201cHe seems to believe that on social media anything goes.\u00a0For democracy to survive, we need more content moderation, not less.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I am frightened by the impact on society and politics if Elon Musk acquires Twitter.
