Version: 4.0.47--><div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Guatemala-Central-American-migrants-to-US-Jan-16-2021-caravan-AP-640x335-1.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/div>\n<p class=\"subheading\">Panicked Democrats are suddenly coming out of the woodwork urging the Biden administration to have a plan in place before Title 42 officially ends on May 23.<\/p>\n<p>But what, exactly, is their plan?<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Are they advocating for actual policies and programs to deter illegal migration, or are they quietly trying to pave the way for massive expansions in the number, method, and ease by which migrants can come to and remain in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>If you look closely at their quotes, press releases, and letters, one thing is clear: Their \u201cplan\u201d is to process every migrant in the impending wave smoothly and efficiently \u2013 asylum officers with rubber stamps await.<\/p>\n<p>There are too many examples of \u201cdon\u2019t end Title 42 until a plan is in place\u201d to count.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Democratic retread Beto O\u2019Rourke, who is running for governor of Texas, just knocked the Biden administration for failing to give border communities a plan on how they\u2019ll process the wave of migrants once Tile 42 ends.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt does not make sense to end this until there is a real plan and the capacity in place to handle those and address those that come over,\u201d O\u2019Rourke said in an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.texastribune.org\/2022\/04\/12\/beto-orourke-joe-biden-border-migrants\/?utm_campaign=trib-social-buttons&#038;utm_source=twitter&#038;utm_medium=social\">interview with The Texas Tribune on Tuesday<\/a>. \u201cI have yet to hear a plan from the Biden administration to address the dynamic we will have on the border once Title 42 ends.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vulnerable New Hampshire Democrat Maggie Hassan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wmur.com\/article\/sen-hassan-more-resources-southern-border-new-hampshire-41022\/39684429\">recently told<\/a>\u00a0local news after visiting Texas and Arizona that the Biden administration \u201creally needs to step up here, develop a plan and get more resources to the southern border.\u201d Resources to do what, process migrants?<\/p>\n<p>Shortly before the decision to end Title 42 was announced, Arizona\u2019s Democratic senators Kyrsten Sinema and Mark Kelly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sinema.senate.gov\/sinema-kelly-biden-keep-title-42-place-until-prepared-act-comprehensive-plan\">penned a letter<\/a>\u00a0urging the Biden administration to keep the policy in place until they develop a plan with the input of immigration lawyers and open borders NGOs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDifferent sectors and border communities will require different resources, so the plan must be developed in consultation with local government leaders and community organizations, including those providing services to migrants,\u201d the letter reads. \u201cSuch groups in Arizona have not been consulted about Title 42 changes \u2013 until the administration does that type of consultation with local government leaders and nonprofits along the border, it is premature to consider changes to Title 42 authorities<em>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Sinema then joined with a Republican colleague and introduced the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/21580755-public-health-and-border-security-act-2022\">Public Health and Border Security Act<\/a>. Four other Senate Democrats co-sponsored the bill: Kelly (AZ), Hassan (NH), Joe Manchin (WV), and Jon Tester (MT). The bill would require all COVID-19 related national states of emergency to be lifted before Title 42 is officially terminated.<\/p>\n<p>Yet the bill doesn\u2019t actually put anything in place for when these states of emergency end. The Biden administration may lift them before the 2022 midterms in an effort to protect the political safety of Democrats facing brutal re-election prospects. \u201cDeclaring victory\u201d over COVID-19 would then open our borders up\u00a0<em>again\u00a0<\/em>to these same concerns.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Without actual policies in place to stop frivolous and fraudulent asylum seekers \u2013 such as Trump-era agreements with the Northern Triangle countries, the full reimplementation of Migrant Protection Protocols (also known as \u201cRemain in Mexico\u201d), as well as vigorous enforcement of our immigration laws in the interior of the country \u2013 ending Title 42 later will be just as disastrous as ending Title 42 now.<\/p>\n<p>Messaging bills like the Public Health and Border Security Act are akin to putting lipstick on a pig, and do nothing to protect our border once COVID-19 emergency declarations are no longer in place.<\/p>\n<p>Even Democratic senators in safer seats have condemned the Biden administration\u2019s ending of Title 42, including Mark Warner of Virginia, who\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FreeBeacon\/status\/1509238412435509248?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1509238412435509248%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&#038;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nationalreview.com%2Fnews%2Fmoderate-democrats-sound-alarm-as-biden-repeals-title-42-amid-border-crisis%2F\">said<\/a>\u00a0that he would be \u201cvery reluctant for the administration to end [Title 42] until they had a real plan in place.\u201d Yet Warner himself has not expanded beyond his original comments \u2013 what plan is acceptable to Senator Warner?<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>I could go on and on.<\/p>\n<p>The fact is this: No Democratic lawmakers\u00a0have called on the administration to reinstate \u201cRemain in Mexico\u201d or safe-third-country agreements with the Northern Triangle countries. They haven\u2019t urged the administration to backtrack on their radical asylum system overhaul. None of them have attacked the complete and utter dismantling of immigration enforcement in the interior.<\/p>\n<p>In a sentence, none of them cared about what is happening at the border until it became a political liability. And even their solutions would facilitate \u2013 not prevent \u2013 an endless, unprecedented flow of illegal migrants under the guise of legality.<\/p>\n<p>Wake up, people. Democrats don\u2019t want to stop the impending wave of migrants who will cross the border illegally.
