effort.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The executive order is kind of a mixed bag,&#8221; Crypto Republic head Andrew Durgee told FOX Business\u2019 Maria <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/person\/b\/maria-bartiromo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bartiromo<\/a> on Tuesday. &#8220;There&#8217;s a number of good things and kind of bad things associated.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;But it is seemingly disorganized order from our opinion,&#8221; he continued.<\/p>\n<p>While Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2022\/03\/09\/fact-sheet-president-biden-to-sign-executive-order-on-ensuring-responsible-innovation-in-digital-assets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">outlined<\/a> a government approach to addressing the risks and benefits of cryptocurrencies, Durgee argued on &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/shows\/mornings-with-maria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mornings with Maria<\/a>&#8221; that having too many agencies involved can create more regulatory confusion.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/technology\/spring-break-goers-miami-beach-mystery-cryptocurrency-future-financial-system\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>MIAMI BEACH SPRING BREAKERS SAY THE \u2018MYSTERY\u2019 OF CRYPTO IS THE \u2018FUTURE OF THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM\u2019<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There&#8217;s dozens of agencies involved in the executive order\u2026 and that&#8217;s a lot of cooks in the kitchen at one time,&#8221; stage.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The reality is crypto touches a lot of things,&#8221; he noted. &#8220;So they&#8217;re trying to understand what are the positive or negative impacts for all of these different departments.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Durgee believes stablecoins, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/category\/bitcoin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bitcoin<\/a> and ethereum, could pose a challenge to traditional currencies.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Stablecoins are going to be something that I think are going to be in the crossfire for a while as people really try to determine: Where do they sit?
