The claim stems from a website that claims to publish \u201chumor, parody, and satire.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The April 12 Facebook post features a screen grab of an April 8 article that features an image of Lynch along with a headline that reads, \u201cLoretta Lynch to be Hanged!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGITMO NEWS\u2026.DEEPSTATERS LORETTA LYNCH SENTENCED TO HANG,\u201d the post\u2019s caption reads. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2021\/12\/28\/fact-check-nfl-player-donald-parham-covid-vaccine-heart-attack-game-chargers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Did This NFL Player Suffer A COVID-19 Vaccine-Related Heart Attack During A Game?)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The alleged report is fabricated. Neither the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defense.gov\/News\/Releases\/?Search=%22Loretta+Lynch%22\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Defense<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile\/100064688230749\/search\/?q=%22Loretta%20Lynch%22\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Department<\/a> nor the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile\/100064654872564\/search?q=%22Loretta%20Lynch%22&#038;filters=eyJycF9jaHJvbm9fc29ydDowIjoie1wibmFtZVwiOlwiY2hyb25vc29ydFwiLFwiYXJnc1wiOlwiXCJ9In0%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Justice<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/news?keys=%22Loretta+Lynch%22&#038;items_per_page=25\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Department<\/a> mention Lynch\u2019s alleged sentencing on their respective websites. The verified <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%22Loretta%20Lynch%22%20(from%3ADeptofDefense%20OR%20from%3ATheJusticeDept)&#038;src=typed_query&#038;f=live\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">social media<\/a> accounts of both government departments likewise make no mention of the development.<\/p>\n<p>Lynch has recently been hired by the NFL to defend the league against a racial discrimination lawsuit brought forth by former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2022\/02\/16\/1081264704\/loretta-lynch-nfl-lawsuit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NPR<\/a>. There are no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=Loretta+Lynch+NFL&#038;oq=Loretta+Lynch+NFL&#038;aqs=chrome..69i57j0i512l4j0i390l2j69i60.6912j0j7&#038;sourceid=chrome&#038;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">news reports<\/a> suggesting that Lynch has been arrested or removed from the lawsuit. She was also recently announced as Harvard Law School\u2019s 2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/today.law.harvard.edu\/loretta-lynch-is-harvard-law-schools-2022-class-day-speaker\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Class Day speaker<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The claim shared on Facebook stems from an April 8 <a href=\"https:\/\/realrawnews.com\/2022\/04\/loretta-lynch-to-be-lynched\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">article<\/a> published by Real Raw News. The article alleges she was found guilty of \u201ctreason and murder\u201d and sentenced to death.
