Department of Health: definition of a man? Definition of a woman? Anyone?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Murphy said there are a \u201cvariety of definitions\u201d of what a woman is and said he would take the \u201con notice.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">WOW ppl! Our world has gone mad \ud83e\udd74 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/zXJmiABAN5\">pic.twitter.com\/zXJmiABAN5<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Jamie Sale (@JamieSale) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JamieSale\/status\/1512080431725703184?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 7, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re going to take on notice the question of what a woman is?\u201d Antic pressed. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/24\/tulsi-gabbard-hypocrisy-absurdity-scotus-nominee-define-woman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Tulsi Gabbard Rips \u2018Hypocrisy And Absurdity\u2019 Of SCOTUS Nominee\u2019s Inability To Define \u2018Woman\u2019)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a very contested space at the moment, senator,\u201d Murphy replied. \u201cThere are definitions and terms of how people identify themselves so we\u2019re happy to provide a working definition on that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with 2GB, Antic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news.com.au\/technology\/science\/human-body\/health-boss-brendan-murphy-unable-to-define-woman-in-senate-estimates\/news-story\/bad3124ed5e0d97cd666563d7f60ac7d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a> Murphy\u2019s response was \u201cutterly ludicrous,\u201d followed by him defining a woman as \u201can adult human female.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn one sense you don\u2019t want to attack the man. It\u2019s more an issue of showing how far the insidious creep of radical gender theory has drifted through our institutions \u2014 it is endemic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Government officials in the U.S. have also struggled to define the term \u201cwoman,\u201d most notably newly-confirmed Supreme Court Justice <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/22\/judge-jackson-marsha-blackburn-woman-definition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ketanji Brown Jackson<\/a>, who declined to define the term given that she is \u201cnot a biologist.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/04\/06\/hhs-secretary-becerra-rep-boebert-question-men-pregnant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">refused<\/a> to give a direct answer Wednesday on whether men can get pregnant when questioned by Republican Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m asking you what you know. Can men get pregnant?\u201d Boebert asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not aware of it,\u201d Becerra answered.<\/p>\n<p>Daily Wire podcast host Matt Walsh <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/01\/20\/what-is-a-woman-matt-walsh-non-binary-transgenderism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">challenged<\/a> two \u201cnon-binary\u201d panelists on the definition during an episode of \u201cDr. Phil\u201d in January. The guests, Addison and Ethan, said the term cannot be given a definition since it has a different meaning for every individual.
