But Biden\u2019s officials have only used it for about 2,000 people out of the 1 million-plus migrants who have been caught at the border since Biden\u2019s inauguration.<\/p>\n<p>The program \u2014 also called the Migrant Protection Protocols \u2014 sends migrants back into camps in Mexico for a few months until a judge is ready to hear their pleas for asylum. If the migrants lose their pleas for asylum, they are flown home. If they win, they are allowed into the United States.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The Remain in Mexico policy works because it blocks economic migrants from getting the U.S. jobs they need to repay their smuggling debts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf the migrants cannot get jobs, they cannot pay their smuggling debts,\u201d\u00a0Walter Sinche, the executive director of the Ecuadorian International Alliance, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/04\/joe-biden-delivers-flood-of-cheap-migrant-labor-to-new-york\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a> Breitbart News in March.\u00a0\u201cAll over, coyotes are lending money [to migrants] but they have to sign a document saying \u2018If you\u2019re not paying [the debt], I\u2019ll take your land or house or any other property,\u2019\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>If the debt is not paid, \u201cmost of the time, they ended up taking the properties,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>In contrast, Biden and his deputies prefer to accelerate the economic migration by offering \u201ccatch and release\u201d to the migrants. The policy allows the migrants to cross the border and take a job the next day.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Joe Biden announced on Friday he will reverse Trump\u2019s Remain in Mexico policy for migrants seeking refugee status and will admit at least 25,000 people into the United States. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/6qrUY1wX6r\">https:\/\/t.co\/6qrUY1wX6r<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartNews\/status\/1360732929006178306?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 13, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>For Biden and his deputies, their progressive desire to treat foreign migrants \u201chumanely\u201d trumps their legal and national obligation to protect their fellow Americans\u2019 wages, careers, and housing from a wave of migrant laborers and renters.<\/p>\n<p>The result has been a massive inflow of roughly one million cheap workers, whose desperation for work is exploited by U.S. employers.<\/p>\n<p>The employers now can hire the migrant workers while discarding American workers, cutting their wages, and reducing workplace accommodations for parents, recovering addicts, untrained youths, and people who might return to work after years of relying on government handouts.<\/p>\n<p>But Biden and his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/04\/08\/border-chief-mayorkas-equity-is-u-s-core-founding-principle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pro-migration team<\/a> intend to further expand the migrant inflow by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/04\/05\/mayorkas-title-42-strategy-ensure-migrants-get-any-way-to-stay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">removing the Title 42 legal barrier<\/a> on the border in mid-May.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>New York Times<\/em> reported that the response to the expected migration spike is to offer the migrants quick processing and efficient transport to the jobs they want:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Homeland Security officials recently\u00a0released a plan\u00a0for responding to that spike. An official from the Federal Emergency Management Agency is leading the operation, which aims to swiftly and humanely get migrants through border processing and into immigration detention or to their final destination.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has used a wide variety of excuses and explanations \u2014 for example, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/nation-of-immigrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nation of Immigrants<\/a>\u201d \u2014 to justify its policy of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/extraction-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extracting<\/a>\u00a0tens of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/02\/23\/report-u-s-immigrant-population-hits-record-46-6-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">millions<\/a>\u00a0of migrants and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/24\/bidens-border-agency-worries-about-tinder-swindler-amid-migration-fraud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">visa workers<\/a>\u00a0from poor countries to serve as workers, consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs.<\/p>\n<p>The self-serving\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">economic<\/a>\u00a0strategy of extraction migration has\u00a0no\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/20\/gop-donors-economist-immigration-can-offset-foreign-trade-risks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stopping<\/a>\u00a0point.
